Boys in the Buff is a musical comedy revue about body image, self-confidence and society’s obsession with appearance. Diana and her boys sing, dance and share personal stories as they tackle subjects including dieting, the gym, weight, bullying, selfies, Botox, cosmetic surgery and Photoshop.
As the evening progresses, Diana encourages the boys to reveal more of themselves — both literally and emotionally — in a funny, celebratory exploration of self-esteem and learning to feel comfortable in your own body. It was deliberately presented as an adult alternative to a traditional Christmas pantomime.

There was also a clothing-optional performance on 22 December 2021, with a second one added for 6 January 2022 after the first sold out.
The Drayton Arms production followed the Stockwell Playhouse production, two King’s Head Theatre productions under the title Skin Deep, and the sell-out 2018 Edinburgh Fringe run.
